To take personal responsibility for infection control, I consistently practice good hand hygiene by washing my hands thoroughly with soap and water or using hand sanitizer when soap is unavailable, especially after touching surfaces in public places. Additionally, I make it a point to stay up to date with vaccinations and health screenings, which helps prevent the spread of infections and protects both myself and those around me.
