Should insurance company cover Blepharoplasty procedure?

Absolutely not. No insurance company will cover a cosmetic eyelid lift. Cosmetic surgery is not covered in any case unless maybe it was caused by an accident that occured during the policy period. I don't see any way that even an accident would nee this type of cosmetic surgery. Out of your pocket only.
