Do tiger fish need air filter?

ALL FISH NEED THEIR WATER FILTERED. A cycled filter removes Ammonia. All fish produce Ammonia and that poison will kill them if it is not removed from their water. The basic rules for successful fish keeping are as follows. 1 inch of fish needs at least 1 gallon of water :- Every tank must have a permanently running 'cycled' filter. Every tank must have at least 50% of its water replaced every week. Keep to the above rules and your fish stand a chance of surviving. Fail to keep them and I can guarantee that your fish will get sick and die way before they should.
