Is there a tool for setting a model train on tracks?

There are two types of railers available. One is a rerailer track, with a little patience they will align the wheels onto the rail. It will also re rail a derailed car.

The other is a device that the car it set into then rolled onto the rail.

Both are available at hobby shops or probably on line.
