How do you get HM fly in Pokemon Blue?

You travel to Celadon City and leave the town through the path on the left. You should then appear on Cycle Road. You will run into a Snorlax so make sure you have the Poke Flute. Once Snorlax is gone go straight up and you will find a house. Inside is a girl with hm fly.
