By believing in herself, personality counts a lot too you know, that's how you make friends. Guys may be very superficial but trust me if you want people to like you just don't be shy. Plus everybody is beautiful when they learn to accept themselves. If you're really that self-conscious try to be yourself and make friends but at the same time make healthier choices, eat better and exercise. So not only will you be feeling better but you'll be looking better, if that's what you want.
