How do you unlock my privacy lock for Motorola hiptop?

My service provider and Motorola couldn't help me with this but I can! Turn your phone off then hold the power on button aswell as the r button.hold these two down until your phone restarts this should happen about four or five times after that privacy lock should be bypassed but if you get the waiting for activation screen for a while hold the menu and the L key down until it goes this worked for me!:)
