Is the daddy long legs harvestman long legged and biting?

The creature sometimes called "grand-daddy long-legs" has a single body part and eight legs. The legs of most kinds of harvestman are very long in comparison to their body. These creatures have mouth parts that bite, but they can't even bite as hard as a lady bug.

There is a kind of Spiders that is called the "grand-daddy long-legs spider," It, too, has legs that are very long in comparison to its body size. It makes a web, usually in basements and other places that are close to the ground and stay pretty dark, and they catch insects. They bite these insects and inject a little venom. However, nobody I know of has ever reported being bitten by one. The reason is probably that even if you could get one to bite one (Would you walk up to an elephant and bite it on its side?), you would not feel much if anything. These spiders have extremely small fangs and so little venom that you would need a powerful magnifying glass to see all the venom of one spider collected into one tiny drop.
