Well, honey, first you locate the spare tire holder under the bed of the truck, unscrew the wing nut, and slide the spare tire out. Then, you place the spare tire on the holder, secure it with the wing nut, and tighten it up real good. Finally, make sure everything is nice and snug before hitting the road. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
