2. communication skills you have to be nice and handle situations well, provide good info and be knowledgeable of company info.
3. good typing skills and good organization.
you have to be consistent in working and handle situations well.
those are the basic things though actually working is mush more hard than that and you have to represent yourself well at the interview and never let your anger penetrate through you! Always take an Advil is my advice cause you never know
