Remembering ThingsI find what is most helpful in remembering things and this is anything, write yourself notes small ones. For very important days a day calendar is very good. If you are a student who needs to remember things for a test, simply try to recall times in your life that may sound similar to that which you need to study.

Also lack of sleep and to much T.V. can attribute difficulty with concentration.

Lack of vitamin intake and a fatty diet can also keep concentration low.

It is medically known that, drinking plenty of water and eating the right foods boost the brains power to recall and remember.

Reading or studying in place with the least amounts of distraction are all so key to remembering. Last but not least repeating things slowly to yourself 4 times with you easy closed can lock it in the brain visually.

Simple Example: the spelling for Mississippi, while looking at this Word spell it twice. Then close your eyes once you have the shapes of letters and the order locked in spell it twice again.

Whenever you are out or going places look at the things around you and repeat to yourself what you see. In cases of attacks and\or car accidents being witness to things all depend on how well you know your surroundings. It is good for children as well if they should become lost.

ex: Mommy is wearing...I see two street lights......she\he has blue eyes...... pick certain things to pick out upon arriving later you will find they help in remembering.

Not creep anyone out but stalkers, rapist, cereal killers are successful in getting there pray because the repeat to themselves the things they recall about their victims constantly. They cannot write it down for fear of being caught. Pattern is always the way to remember things.
