How do you do your hair like Katherine on Vampire Diaries?

The way they do ninas hair as Katherine is fantastic.

It is curled but not tight ringlets nor are they from root to tip.

Try curling the middle parts with a curler preferrably an electric one if not then you can always ue a straightener.
