Can a spare tire cause front wheel alignment problems?

DEPENDING ON HOW LONG U HAVE IT ON THE CAR BUT YES IT CAN OVER A PERIOD OF TIME yes it can so if u install a spare tire try to put it on the back that way if there is a problem of the spare not being balanced or underinflated it wont cause any serious problems if it fails
