No. He said he was the "son" of Teddy Riley, and that he was holding down Roger Troutman, because both used the effect known as the Vocoder, which is pretty much the father of Auto-Tune when you think about it. They were the originators when it came to that effect, and T-Pain was one originator when it comes to Auto-Tune.
