Where do you catch nidoran on sapphire?

Sorry but you can't. Nidoran is not available for capture in the wild on Sapphire. I dunno if someone will trade you one within the game; but I got my Nidoran female out of my Fire Red game. I own Fire Red, Leaf Green, Sapphire and Emerald.
