Many websites carry rattan (and other garden furniture) on a year-round basis. Springtime is when Lowe's, Home Depot, Walmart, Kmart, and Target stores introduce them to the showroom floor. Sometimes Big Lots and other "dollar stores" will carry rattan garden furniture and accessories.
