Yes, however here is the caveat, make sure you are exercising more than you are consuming. When you excersize, especially a lot all at once, your body will give you that unmistakable munchie feeling. Exercising in little incriments during the day (even a minute of exercise is better than none) will help you fight that urge to gorge yourself on food. Don't think that just because you worked out that you can eat more now, in fact you have to eat less. Don't trust your hunger, it's decieving. Often people are hungry after exercising because they are dehydrated, make sure to drink a lot of water so you can sustain a healthy weight.
