What are the qualities of a successful mangaka?

There are few things a good mangaka need to do to be popular...
1.He or she needs to draw good and be good with inking tools(thats hard)
2.He or she needs to develop interesting characters both interesting looking physically and as character...
3.He needs to make a good story, an interesting one...
4.He doesn't need to make deja-vu or repeat what other had drawn, and when he or she did, it needs to be modified...
5.He or she needs to make a good love story in manga, so it will be interesting, but not a stereotypical love, especially not between boring characters(aka Fred and Daphney from Scoobydoo, but their not manga, just firs I can remember)
6.He needs to put more time for interesting characters, than for boring stereotypical ones...
7.He need always to keep us wanting to read his or her manga, and to keep 'tense some times, but also to give us some rest from all action, heart breaking chapters...
8.He needs to create character and story in which everybody will find them self, because if character is similar to you, or you like that type of girl or boy, you will read if in her or his manga is some character who annoys you or remind you on somebody who truble you, than you won't read...
