Is it possible to live on the Mount Everest?

Highly doubtful. The climbers who actually make it to the top can only be up there a few minutes before they need to come back down. The oxygen is so thin up there, they can barely breathe even with an oxygen tank. I honestly don't think anyone could live up there, ever.
