What is the value of an 1899 Queen Victoria dime?

Please post a new question with the coin's country. It would most likely be from Canada because at the time very few countries in the British Empire used dollars and cents.

If the coin is from the United States, it's a picture of MISS LIBERTY. It's very definitely NOT a picture of Queen Victoria, due to a little thing called the Revolutionary War.
