What are the specifications for the Toyota 22re rod bearings?

According to other forums and chilton books its 51-53 ft lbs I built 6 morors and always went 53 there is 2 different bearing types I think 83 and earlier 22r not re was 53 but hell its 2 ft lbs, you can tighten more by fingers than that.
