How can you create a yu-gi-ih card for free?

That would be forging a card which

1) would be very hard to do and cards are done in high quality pixel count and with very good inks on special printers on a special sort of cardboard/paper and also have a silver/gold transition sticker in the bottom corner.

2) would be illegal as Yu-Gi-Oh is copywrited

It has definitely been tried, though none have been very successful.
