How do you reduce your Elite wrist watch to fit?

Remove or add links as with any watch - straps are consumable items so making a watch fit is one of the easiest things anybody can do. You do NOT have to be a master watchmaker (like myself) to make a watch fit. Next question will probably be 'how do I tell the time?'.

YES - I am sarcastic, but I cannot understand how people even find this site when they have no basic common sense.
