Are frogs a pest in the garden?

well i have them all the time mostly because the babys go out on there own they probably have a colony under sement or dirt and u might not know there just more hyper and they love the night more than the adults usually if u live out in some place that doesnt have alot of noises and people just quiet that's were they are mostly
