Princes first band

Prince's first band was called Grand Central, formed in the early 1970s when he was a teenager. The group primarily played funk and Rock Music, showcasing Prince's early songwriting and musical talents. After Grand Central disbanded, Prince went on to form another band, The Revolution, which would achieve significant success in the 1980s. His experiences with these early bands helped shape his distinctive sound and artistic vision.
