Should every teenager have a phone?

My ten year old is begging me for a cell phone and wont stop and she said "but evry one has one and its not fair". So i got soo tiered of the complaning that i got her one for her b-day and loved it she dint do anything wrong or take any bad picturs. So i think it is a big responsabilety but if you trust your ten year old then it is a good idea fora tenyear old to have a cell phone.
