Who drw elmer?

Elmer Fudd, a character from the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies Cartoons, was created by animator Tex Avery and writer Chuck Jones. He first appeared in the short "Hunting Season" in 1940. Elmer is best known for his speech impediment and his comical rivalry with Bugs Bunny. The character has since become an iconic figure in animation history.
