well if want to lose 1 or more pounds then u can do it many ways. but dont listen to the people tht say "dont eat and just drink" thats not true. that will actually make u gain pounds and u wont feel good. u might even pass out. so if u want to lose weight with just water and no diet and no exersise.... i dont think its gonna work. so for a diet just dot eat salt. dont eat goldfish, cheese-its, and chips. also cut outthe really sugary stuff like cake and cookies and candy. and try this trick for drinking: drink a glass of water before during and after each meal. and u hit 8 cupe automaticly. and for exersise: do a sport or just run around ur block. it doesnt take that long. but ill tell u one thing dont do crunches if u have a little bit of fat. unless ur not already fit crunches are useless because ur just building up muscle under the fat. i hope this helps best if luck :)
