You will, in the first instance need to contact the vendor (the seller) - They will need to accept that the product was not received. You can ask for evidence of deliver, this could be a signature, a house or business address where the items was left for your collection. If they cannot provide this they "should" arrange a refund to your Credit Card account - that takes about 7 days to credit back . If they don't or wont then contact you CC company and log a formal complaint - explain in writing what you've bought, from whom, and that delivery has not been made to you or to someone nominated by you for receipt.. Items purchased through most good CCs have a insurance attached which allows you take claim back the services or products which are not up to the description or not delivered.
