Can I help a ladybug if its injured?

I hope yours got better, I have one too, that's why I was searching "injured ladybird", she was hit by a car but she's still alive several hours later, I am leaving her alone on a flower in my kitchen with some damp cotton wool to see if she makes it. Maybe Our Lady helps her beetles.
