Why can't I trade my Shiny Haunter in Pokemon Emerald I'm trying to make him evovle but when I attempt to trade him it says This Pokemon cannot be traded right now?

its probably because the person your trading with has not yet beaten the Pokemon league. When he/she does this, you can trade away!
