skin is your biggest organ. trash it with bad food, too much sun, clog it with make-up and eat junk and you can expect it to show the damage you are doing.
there are no easy shortcuts to health. and never, never, never eat a low fat diet and expect to lose weight. carb loading will cause body fat storage and lots of hunger.
