What is the best position for a circumcised woman?

I can not answer this one without knowing what kind of circumcision she had. If it's just the clitoral hood I doubt it matters as long as she has healed properly. But if it's the one they do in certain parts of Africa where they remove more and more of what is on the outside it will hurt no matter what and intercourse should not be done.
