How do you get the puzzle piece out of the fountain on bin weevils?

To get the tablet from the fountain find the teeth where the silly scent flowers are, pick them up, then go back to the fountain. Get them from your inventory and put them where the binpet's mouth is. The water will be sucked up and disappear, and the tablet will be in the fountain. Click on it and Bob's your uncle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You got it in your inventory
