Whenever you try to install Medieval 2 Total Kingdoms it says Cannot determine installed game language for Medieval 2 Total War Kingdoms?

I had the same problem. In my case it was because I had parts of the same game on my hard drive. (I played it years earlier.) Deleting the files didn't solve the problem. Using the uninstaller feature did work.
