Where should nail whitener is applied on the nail?

well... it depends on what you mean on nail whitener. if you mean white nail pencil than you would have to put it starting at your whie line but if you mean actual chemical stuff, then ask a doctor because that stuff isn't safe at all!!!! also, i have a question for you! and i would love it if you do answer it! i was wondering where you bought you nail whitener because i have been looking all over for one and i seriously can't find it so plz help me out! thanks a ton if you do! ~love ya
