Three important events from chapters 1-5 in To Kill a Mockingbird?

Chapters 6-11. Jem get's his trousers caght on the Radley places fence and, when he goes back for them, finds them folded and badly mended "as if waiting for him". There is a fire at Miss Maudie's house. A blanket get put over Scout while she's oblivious. A rabid dog is found down the street and Atticus shoots him. The children find out he once had the 'deadest shot in maycomb county'.
