What is the legal age for nose piercings in Colorado WITH parental consent?

Any age. I got mine done at 13. Go to Tribal Rites on 92nd and Wadsworth in Westminster, and ask for Tracy. She's nice and calm and she doesn't freak you out. She's a fantastic piercing artist.
