I suggest you contact an Independent Insurance Agent in your area and be truthful about all of your situation. Independent Agents represent many different companies some of which may be able to provide you with insurance and some of which may not. If you go to what we call a captive agent who works for one insurance company they are subject to the guidelines of that one company that they work for. I stress being truthful because the insurance company is going to find out everything about your license, violations, cancellations, suspensions, and title of the vehicle and if you lie to your insurance agent more than likely the company will not void the insurance anyway die to material misrepresentation. An independent agent can search the different companies and find the best price for the situation you are in.
