Is smirnoff stronger then Bud Light?

Yes. There are few drinks in the world that Smirnoff is not stronger than. As far as I know all Smirnoff vodka's are 40% alcohol by volume, which is a strong liquor and anywhere from 6-10 times as strong as most beer depending on where you live.
