Where and what is Clayton Lonetree doing?

After his release from military prison for serving imprisonment for espionage he seems to have fallen from sight. However he was/is a member of the Ho-Chunk Tribe of native Americans which is based in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Although he MIGHT live anywhere, it might be useful to address any further inquiries to that area of the country.
