Do Sasuke and Sakura end up together in Naruto?

So far, Sasuke has NOT expressed love for Sakura in the anime or the manga. It is questionable whether he will or will not. At this point, if he does, it will probably an expression of platonic love.

If the question pertains to the episode in which Sasuke expresses his gratitude for her friendship and leaves Konoha, that would be episode 109.

Judging from that episode and the corresponding chapter, there is certainly no question that Sasuke at least cared about Sakura as a friend throughout part I. In part II he claims to have severed all ties to his past. Given that he intended to destroy all of Konoha with his former teammates included (based on what he told Madara when the other members of Taka were not present), it seems that he no longer cares for Sakura in any way at all and so it is doubtful that he will ever express anything akin to love for her. However, notice that that does not mean that it definitely will not happen.

In recent chapters Sakura has decided to prove to Naruto that Sasuke is not as big of a deal to her as he used to be by going off to search for him, so that she can kill him with her own hands (and with the help of the other 9 main teenaged characters). She sees him now as less of a friend, and more like a huge threat to not only Konoha's safety, but the safety of the entire shinobi world.

Sasuke has also shown signs of giving up on his ambition to restore and rebuild his clan, for he sees now that Itachi was the only truly good person to come out of it. And his whole reason for revenge at this point is to avenge his older brother.

In that chapter where Sai tells Naruto that Sakura is going to try and kill Sasuke herself, it has nothing to do with her seeing him less than a friend; it has everything to do with the fact that she loves him too much to see him fall into the darkness even more, that is stated in the manga itself after Naruto starts yelling about how and why on earth she could kill someone that she loves so much.

When Sakura eventually get to Sasuke, she tells him she wants to join him. He asks her to prove it by killing Karin, who was injured (by Sasuke) in the battle between Sasuke and Danzo. When she is about to, Sasuke almost kills Sakura with a Chidori. He would have done it, but Kakshi came and saved Sakura in the last second.
