How do you separate a mixture of soil silt clay sand and humus?

Use a magnet to collect all the iron. Then use water to dissolve all the salt. The poppy seeds will float and the sand will sink. Skim the top to get the poppy seeds, then remove the sand. Boil down the water to get the salt back.
