On a 98 Lincoln Town Car if the turn signals and hazard lights have stopped working and the fuses and relays appear to be okay what could be the problem?

If you here a clicking sound when you activate the directionals or 4-way flashers but the lights still don't work, you need to replace your lighting control module.
