How much money does a molder operator earn?

I have been a moulder operator for 10+ years. When I first started I was making $8.50 an hour and currently make $21.00 an hour. My experience includes making templates both by hand and autotemp, knife grinding, setup and operation of moulder and some repair and maintenance. I have also attended moulder school in North Carolina. I know that pay can vary depending on location and experience. I have found that it's a pretty handy skill to have.
