To sleep with your cellphone is dangerous. Sleeping with your phone near your head and/or body can cause brain tumors, or other illnesses. It is best to put aside your phone. Although, if you do put your cellphone in your pocket, you should put the keyboard side facing you. This way the radiation waves will move away from you instead of toward you. Also, when you are speaking on your cellphone it is best to keep it about 1 inch away from your ear. This is where most people start to use speaker phone. When you are in the car you should use wireless cords/plugs to talk. If you can, you should text more often, than calling. That all adds up to how it is dangerous to sleep with your cellphone.
