Many bodybuilders go through whats called Ketonic Cycles where 1
cycled 5 days with very low carbohydrates(only protein) and then 2 days of high carbohydrates. This deprives the body of almost all carbohydrates and almost all sugars, approximately less than 3 grams of each throughout the day. When the body is deprived of carbohydrates/sugars the body will then be forced to break down fat to utilize it as energy.
So to answer your question yes, it is possible. However everyone's body will react differently to eating only chicken and drinking only water. Vitamin Supplements should be taken to supplement Vitamin C and E along with a Multivitamin.
Generally people on Ketonic Cycles will feel energy swings and possibly will be lightheaded at times with vigorous lifting routines/running.
