A couple nights ago you stepped on a toy matchbox car and now it hurts really bad and you have a big bump on the outside of your left foot does this mean anything?

No I just think it is swolen because your foot was not used to the pain and maybe you should wear slippers around the house or where the toys are located in the house. make sure maybe to wear a sock on that foot so if you step on something else it won't hurt more.
