In general, you will need at least one strong mobile person per two feet of snake. Once you locate the constrictor, one person needs to catch the snake just behind the head. As soon as this person has the head immobilized, everyone else needs to hop on at their designated position (one about every two feet, pin the snake straight down) to keep the constrictor from twisting its body around. Once the snake is immobilized, working as a team you can lift the snake up and place it back into a secure container to be transported back home.
