What are the elements in oral communication?

Different writers will refer to different essential elements of communication. However, there are right that are fairly universal. There must be 1) a sender who 2) encodes the message and send it through 3) filters and using different 4) channels. The 5) receiver 6) decides the message and then provides 7) feedback. This is all done within a 8) context for the communication.
